John joined the real estate community in 2018 as an investment sales and commercial leasing specialist working the popular retail corridors of Beverly Blvd and Melrose Ave to Venice Ave and Abbot Kinney Blvd. Then, in March of 2020, he made the transition to the residential real estate community and quickly began helping friends and clients find their dream home by the beach in Los Angeles's beautiful South Bay where he has called home for over 12 years.

Through his involvement in community events and charitable organizations, the 4DFours Volleyball Tournament and Fundraiser and the Christmas Children’s fund to name a few, he has built a great network to call on for both commercial and residential listings. A graduate of the University of Georgia, John spent the previous 20 years working in the music industry. He started as a touring musician then transitioned to managing sales and marketing for several prominent music manufacturers.

In his free time, he still enjoys jamming with friends and truly loves his new SoCal sport of Beach Volleyball. John was raised on a 7th generation farm 45 miles East of Atlanta and brings that work ethic to everything he does from his love of beach volleyball to helping his community find their perfect home. He prides himself in being attentive and treating everyone individually, using this information to create very clear expectations through open and honest dialogue.
